With a lot of passion and innovative spirit, we develop high-quality premium pet food for dogs and cats. Since our establishment in 2008, GranataPet has not only gained recognition in Europe but also achieved worldwide fame.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a commercial education, preferably with further training as a certified accountant or business administrator.
- You have gained several years of practical experience in financial accounting.
- You have experience with DATEV and are proficient in MS Office as well as common ERP systems.
- You possess a systematic, structured, and goal-oriented working style, coupled with a strong affinity for numbers, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and loyalty.
YOUR FUTURE AT GRANATAPET
- You, along with your colleagues, are responsible for all ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
- You handle communication and coordination with our external tax office.
- You take care of invoice verification and posting. You prepare payment transactions and process payments while observing deadlines and discounts.
- You handle reconciliations and account clarifications with suppliers and customers and conduct dunning processes.
- You have knowledge in asset accounting and assist in preparing the annual financial statements. Additionally, you prepare monthly VAT and statistical reports.
- You ensure the quality of our accounting and its processes.
In a newly established and modernized small animal practice located in the heart of the Allgäu region, we aim to rethink the processes of a conventional veterinary clinic. - You are a licensed veterinarian, a re-entry candidate, or a motivated newcomer to the profession (or in the process of obtaining your license).
- You practice small animal medicine with passion.

- You bring relevant work experience (minimum 3 years) in product development, specifically within the consumer goods sector, particularly in pet nutrition.
- You hold a degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or Media Studies, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You are familiar with product marketing and product design, exhibiting not only a keen eye for trends but also a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Your outstandingly structured work approach and strong organizational skills set you apart.
- Effective communication and a robust team spirit are integral parts of your professional routine.
- You possess excellent English skills and ideally proficiency in other languages to effectively manage international collaboration with our partners and customers.

- Project Management: From conception to market, you will oversee the entire concept for our product launches, focusing on a long-term strategy to enhance brand image and increase brand awareness.

- Data Management: You will manage our entire product range and oversee all relevant data. Regularly updating and maintaining changes to data and translation texts will be part of your responsibilities.

- You have successfully completed training as a media designer or have a degree in communication or graphic design – talented career changers with intriguing reference material are also welcomed.
- You have gained significant professional experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- You are proficient in using InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. Additionally, you have experience in photography and video creation. Ideally, you have an affinity for pets.
- Your work style is characterized by independence, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
- You combine creativity with a high aesthetic standard in your work (attention to detail, colors, light).
- You will develop new designs for packaging and evolve existing concepts.
- Ensuring the adherence to the corporate design in print and online media is part of your responsibilities.
- You will produce target-oriented photo and video content for our various channels (web, Instagram, TikTok, newsletter).
- You actively contribute to the creative evolution of the video and photo content marketing strategy as well as the corporate design. You collaborate closely with other teams.
- You plan content productions featuring our products and independently execute them.
- You actively participate in the marketing of our product lines. You handle image editing tasks (processing raw data, retouching, cutouts, compositing)."

- You are a social media pro, understanding precisely what our community wants to see and hear.
- You are familiar with common KPIs and generate regular reports.
- You have experience in design using popular graphic programs like InDesign/Photoshop.
- You have initial experience in photography and videography.
- You exhibit an independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented work style. You possess strong writing and language skills.
- You have teamwork and communication abilities along with a high level of commitment.
- You create social media strategies, editorial calendars, and manage the GranataPet community.
- You are responsible for content creation (both graphically and in content) and exploring new channels.

- You will be responsible for daily maintenance cleaning (offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, corridors, etc.).
- You will clean the designated areas according to the cleaning schedule.
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the entire office complex will be part of your duties.
- You will inform management about necessary repairs or deficiencies.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have relevant work experience in customer service and are customer-centric.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.

- You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and experience with modern CRM systems.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are highly developed; you are reliable, thorough, and conscientious.
- You handle individual customer inquiries (both written and by phone).
- You support existing customers and manage data (e.g., maintaining and verifying master data), administrative tasks, and order processing.
