Conditions of participation for the GranataPet anniversary competition

1. Organizer of the competition

• The organizer of the competition is Fox4Pets GmbH & Co. KG, Wohlmutser Weg 12, 87463 Dietmannsried, info@granatapet.de 
  

2. Eligibility to participate

• All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to take part. 
  
• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation 
  

3. Procedure of the competition

• Customers purchase the product in the tin either in stores or online. 
  
• There is an individual competition code on the inside of the label.  
  
• The code must be entered on the competition website https://www.granatapet.de/jubilaeum 
  
• After entering the code, the participant will be shown directly whether they have received an instant prize. 
  
• If the participant has won an instant prize with their code, they will no longer be entered into the big annual prize draw.  
  

4. Prizes

• Instant prizes: Immediately After entring the code, it is displayed whether an instant prize has been won. The type of instant win is also displayed. To redeem an instant prize, participants must create a customer account at https://www.granatapet.de 
  
• Annual prize draw: Main prizes will be drawn from all valid entries on 10.01.2026. The winners will be notified by e-mail.
  

5. Redemption conditions for prizes 

• Instant prizes must be redeemed by 30.06.2026 after notification.  
  
• No additional registration is required for the annual prize draw.  
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
  

6. Closing date for entries 

• The code must be entered by 31.12.2025 at the latest. 
  
• Codes submitted after this date will not be considered. 
  

7. Data protection 

• The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively to carry out the competition. Further information can be found in our privacy policy at https://www.granatapet.de/datenschutz/.
  

8. Disclaimer 

• The organizer accepts no liability for technical faults that could affect participation in the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
  

9. Miscellaneous 

• The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or prematurely terminate the competition if this is necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances. 
  
• By participating in the competition, participants accept the above conditions of participation.
